SET Stream
- is an alias of response to GET Stream
- used for set stream
Response to GET Stream
1 cmd type 2 cmd id // set by server 1 streams count // max 256
streams*
4 addr 4 period NB. positive value - send periodically every V seconds, 0 - do not send, -1 - send occasionally, -2 - send immediately
