Setting and checking the operation of the device

  1. Go to https://baozam.net
  2. In the Inventory section, click the Tuner button of the target device. You will be redirected to the device's Tuner page. The device will go into the Setup mode after the next transferring data to the cloud.
    • The device sends the data to the cloud every five (5) minutes. The device immediately reports about cutting/opening the beam, switching on. To avoid waiting for five minutes, you can:
      a) cut off the beam - a message in 15 seconds,
      b) switch off/on the device.
    • Within maximum 5 minutes the device will come into the Setup mode you will get a message at the Tuner page, and all device parameters will be displayed.
    • Press Pass Counter button under right blue buttons to see device's parameters.
  3. Click the blue parameter to view the Stream & Monitor buttons.
    • Stream - on/off sending this parameter to the cloud.
    • Monitor - on/off immediate displaying parameter values in the Monitor box on the page.

You should check:

If the emitter beam hits the receiver sensors (parameters left sensor & right sensor).

  • Switch on sensor monitors. Normal values ​​range 5 - 6.
  • If the reading is less than 5, the emitter and receiver are not aligned or something breaks the beam. Adjust the alignment, clean the beam path.
  • If values are ​​greater than 7 look for the source of noise.

The direction of the entrance/exit.

  • By default, the input direction is from left to right relatively to the receiver.
  • Switch on monitoring parameter count_in & count_out. Break the beam ...
  • Change the direction by using the Mode Control button. Use the drop-down button LEFT to RIGHT is ENTER or LEFT to RIGHT is EXIT to select the desired direction.

Important! If you have changed any parameter, be sure to save the changes (Settings --> Save). Otherwise, when you switch the device off your settings will be lost.
